About

I am a management consultant living in Spring City, PA. In 1987, I left corporate life to begin an independent organization development consultancy. I decided to focus on leadership teams, facilitation of strategic meetings, and on teaching my skills to others. I have studied with some of the great masters in my field, Alan Drexler, Rod Napier, Elsie Cross, Robert Fritz, George Leonard, Elizabeth Cogburn, Will Schutz, Marvin Weisbord, and John and Joyce Weir.

I am forever grateful for having these great teachers enter my life, and help me progress in my profession. To a person they have been selfless with me, offering me both wise coaching and effective criticism. I hope I can continue their efforts by helping my and clients and students acquire and savor the taste of reflective learning. When I look back at the experiences I have had with my teachers, I have to say, reflective learning is an acquired taste, and well worth the effort.
